Class 2 - Mrs Draper (Y1/2)

Welcome to Class 2!

My name is Mrs Draper and I am the class teacher and SENDCO. I have worked here at Halebank C of E Primary School for over 13 years and during my time, I have taught a number of year groups. I enjoy working with children and inspiring them to learn, sing and perform. I always look forward to our school nativity performances! I have been the school SENDCO for over 4 years and have just completed my NASENCO qualification. In my spare time, I enjoy walking and being outdoors exploring the countryside. 

I work alongside Mrs Gibson, who is the teaching assistant in Class 2. 

PE

Our Class PE is on a Monday and Wednesday. Please bring your PE kits to school on a Monday and come to school wearing your PE kit on a Wednesday. Remember outdoor PE kits can be worn as the weather becomes colder. 

Reading

Children will bring home their reading book daily. Please try to read each night, remember to write a comment and sign the reading record book. Children can also access reading books via Bug Club (www.activelearnprimary.co.uk). Books will be allocated on a weekly basis.
